Oskar Blues Beer and Oskar Blues Beer Infused Hot Sauces are the Perfect Gifts
For Those Who Have Everything or Those Who Want Nothing

Looking for the perfect gift for those HOT and COLDS on your list?

Nothing goes down better with hot food than a cold craft beer in a can. So whether you’re looking for a gift for that person who has everything, or for that person who wants nothing, Oskar Blues serves up some ideas for the most discriminating beer drinker and condiment douser.

Some Like it Hot
Oskar Blues Brewery offers a new line of beer infused hot sauces that include one of each of their craft beers. Outside of beer, hot sauces make everything better. Oskar Blues Rocky Mountain signature hot sauces are a collaboration created by the Oskar Blues Home Made Liquids and Solids restaurant head chef Jason Rogers and Danny Cash Hot Sauces. Perfectly paired with Oskar Blues beer or equally awesome on their own, gift givers can choose from one of the following:

Ten FIDY Imperial Stout Hot Sauce: Holy Hot! Ten FIDY hot sauce, made with ghost chile. This one is for the very brave. Brewed in small batches just like the Oskar Blues cult favorite Ten Fidy.

Mama’s Little Yella Pils Hot Sauce: Hot Mama! Hot sauce made with Mama's Little Yella Pils and Serrano peppers.

Dale’s Pale Ale Hot Sauce: Chipotle hot sauce infused with Dale's Pale Ale.
Old Chub Scotch Ale Hot Sauce: Old Chub Scotch Ale blends beautifully with this cayenne hot sauce.

Gordon Imperial Red Hot Sauce: Sweet and Hot, mango Habaneras hot sauce infused with Gordon. Great on shrimp or fish tacos.

Oskar Blues signature hot sauces are priced at $7 except for the limited edition Ten FIDY Hot Sauce, which is priced at $10. A Hot Sauce Gift set featuring Old Chub, Gordon, Dale’s and Mama’s Little Yella Pils can be purchased for $25.00. Sauces can be ordered online at: www.oskarblues.com

Baby, It’s Cold Outside
For those cold-loving beer snobs Oskar Blues serves up the EVOLUTION of craft beer offering 6 quality craft brews in a can for any beer-craving palette. Oskar Blues defines the “Canned Beer Apocolypse” that challenges what is expected from craft beer in a can. BYOB, Bring Your Oskar Blues.

Dales Pale Ale: America’s first hand-canned craft beer is a voluminously hopped mutha that delivers a hoppy nose and assertive-but-balanced flavors of pale malts and hops from start to finish. First canned in 2002, Dales Pale Ale is a hearty (6.5% and 65 IBUs), critically acclaimed trailblazer that has changed the way craft beer fiends perceive canned beer. Available in a four-pack, Dales retails for $8.99.

Mama’s Little Yella Pils: An uncompromising, small-batch version of the beer that made Pilsen, Czech Republic famous. Unlike mass market “pilsners” diluted with corn and rice, Mama’s is built with 100% pale malt, German specialty malts, and Bavarian hopes. While it’s rich with Czeched-out flavor, its gentle hopping (35 IBUs) and low ABV (just 5.3%) make it a luxurious but low-dose refresher. Available in a four-pack, Mama’s retails for $8.99

Old Chub: This jaw-dropping Scottish strong ale (8% ABV) is brewed with bodacious amounts of malted barley and specialty grains, and a dash of beechwood-smoked malt. Old Chub features a skim-milk mouthfeel, semi-sweet flavors of cocoa coffee, and a kiss of smoke. A head-turning treat for malt heads and folks who think they don’t dig dark beer. Available in a four-pack, Old Chub retails for $8.99.

Gordon: A luscious, double-red ale with a gooey aroma, a sticky mouthfeel, a malty middle and unctuous hop flavors. Gordon also sports a surprisingly comfortable finish for a beer of its hefty size (8.7% ABV, 60 IBUs). It’s brewed in tribute to Gordon Knight, a Colorado craft beer pioneer and Vietnam vet who died fighting a 2002 wild fire outside of Oskar Blues’ hometown of Lyons. Available in a four-pack, Gordon retails for $11.99.

TenFIDY: This titanic, immensely viscous stout is loaded with neck-deep flavors of chocolate, malted milk, cocoa and oats. The beer equivalent of a decadent chocolate milkshake, Ten FIDY (10% ABV) is made with enormous amounts of two-row malt, chocolate malt, flaked oats and hopes. It is the ultimate celebration of dark malts and boundary-stretching beer. Available in a four-pack, Ten FIDY retails for $14.99.

GUBNA Imperial Pale Ale: Emphasizing that complexity of character can arise from simple elements, this ale is made with 3 malts and 1 hop. A larger than life beer (10% ABV, 100 IBUs), the GUBNA will greet you with a pungent citrus blast, provide a spicy yet round middle and finish with a brisk, clean bitterness. Available in a four-pack, GUBNA retails for $14.99.

Set in the heart of Colorado craft beer country, Oskar Blues Brewery in Lyons began canning its beers in November of 2002 with a hand-canning line in the 60- year-old barn next door to their funky little brewpub. Although it’s now a full- throttle canning operation that is quickly expanding its cult-like following across the nation, Oskar Blues remains true to its original mission of simply blowing minds with what can come out of a can of beer.

ABOUT OSKAR BLUES
Three-dimensional brewing since 1999, Oskar Blues began the “Canned Beer Apocalypse” in 2002 when Dale’s Pale Ale became America’s 1st CANNED craft beer.
